 Individual Event Sponsorship Opportunities

An Afternoon of Beauty and Health (Thursday, September 30^th, 2010):

Ticket Price:  $10 for non-members, free to Serendipity members

Vendor Price:  $100 for a booth for other (non health and beauty) non-service providing vendors - includes booth and opportunity to sell products and/or services to attendees.  $100 fee is waived if vendor donates a beauty and/or health service at the event (for which a suggested donation of at least $5 per service will go directly to Susan G. Komen).

Saks Fifth Avenue presents "Fit, Fashion, and Flare" (Friday, October 8^th, 2010):

Regular ticket price (individuals):  $45 each
Patron ticket price (individuals): $55 each - names listed in program                                      

Sponsor ticket price (businesses or individuals): Table of 10: $650 or Table of 8: $520 – sponsors will receive preferred seating and sponsor name and logos (if applicable) will be featured on website, all marketing materials, in the event program and be announced at the event, as well as having the chance to place an item into the gift bags, which every attendee will receive.

“Tennis For the Ta-Tas” Round Robin (Saturday, October 16^th, 2010):

Ticket Price:  $50 for non-members, $40 for Serendipity members

Vendor/sponsor price:  $100 - includes booth, opportunity to hold your own raffle, logo featured on t-shirt, listed in event program and the opportunity to hang your banner by the pool (where the post match-play barbeque will take place)

“Beers For Boobs” International Beer Festival (Saturday, February 5th, 2011):

Ticket Price:  $20 advance tickets for general admission ($25 at the door); $70 advance VIP tickets – includes VIP parking ($80 at the door – does not include parking)

Vendor Price:  $200 - booth

Sponsor and Vendor Price:  $300 - booth, featured on website and all marketing materials and opportunity to include a promotional item(s) in every VIP gift bag

“Cocktails and Trivia with Lilly” (Thursday, October 28^th, 2010):

Regular ticket price (individuals):  $15 each for non-members, $5 each for Serendipity members                                                                                                      
Patron ticket price (individuals):  $25 each – preferred seating and names will be listed in program                                    

Sponsor ticket price (businesses or individuals): Table of 8: $300 or Table of 4: $150 – sponsors will get preferred seating and sponsor name and logos (if applicable) featured on website, all marketing materials, in the event program, be announced at the event and have your donated item or service featured as a prize to trivia winners, teams and/or individuals.
